Primary Job Responsibilities??
Act as the direct liaison between Maxis and our customers??
Liaise face to face with walk-in customers in a friendly and pleasant manner??
Provides superior customer service assistance through handling registrations, bill payments and general inquiries & complaints??
Perform cross-selling and assist customers with mobile data related inquiries??
Prepare reports on daily activities and perform administrative duties?Essential Requirements??
Possess strong selling skills with ability to convince & negotiate with customers effectively??
Good problem solving skills??
Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia combined with good interpersonal skills?? Presentable & approachable with positive attitude??
A good team player & sales oriented??
Ability to work on weekends, public holidays and on shift basis??
Sales oriented??
Ability to multi-task
